The Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi has worked with the Department of Public Safety to make sure our drivers are safe when they are on the road. Drivers with diabetes have the opportunity to get a driver's license and/or a license plate indicating that they have diabetes.

Easter Egg Hunt

Each year, at the brink of Easter, the Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi and Highland Village host an Easter egg hunt for all children. Over 1,000 eggs are hidden each year, and prizes are awarded to all of the egg hunters.

The Easter Bunny is always on site for pictures, and the event provides a great opportunity for parent-to-parent networking.
