Helping Hands

The Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi provides free one-time emergency assistance with diabetes-related medicines and testing supplies to uninsured/underinsured Mississippians. We also provide referrals to pharmaceutical assistance programs and other area agencies. Patients simply have their medical team or social worker to contact the DFM to verify the patient's need. The DFM works to get the supplies to the patient.
