Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi Programs
The Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi recognizes the importance of education and awareness for health-care professionals, individuals with diabetes and their families. The DFM offers a variety of programs aimed at raising the public consciousness about the seriousness of diabetes. The DFM also provides education for patients, health-care professionals and support groups.
